With over 13 years of experience as an Optical Assistant, Susan has developed a strong passion for customer care and helping people find frames that suit both their style and visual needs. Susan particularly enjoys the styling aspect of eyewear and building relationships with patients to ensure they feel confident and well looked after. Susan has worked at Helensburgh Eyecare for almost 4 years and looks forward to starting her ophthalmic dispensing degree in September. Like the rest of the team, her eyewear wardrobe has significantly grown with some lovely bold colours and shapes.
