How much does an eye examination cost?
In Scotland the NHS funds a basic eye examination at set intervals for all UK residents. We offer an enhanced eye exam to include an OCT scan for £20.00, this gives us a comprehensive look at the layers at the back of your eye. A fully private exam costs £75.00.
How long is my appointment?
Your eye examination will generally take around 50 minutes. We usually recommend allowing 1 hour and 30 minutes for your eye examination, any scans and frame styling.
Do you provide children's eye examinations?
Yes, we are more than happy to see children for routine eye examinations from the age of 3 and sooner if you have concerns. We have a great range of children’s frames, specialising in Tomato glasses for younger children.
Can you dispense complex and high prescriptions?
Our experienced dispensing team is highly skilled in managing high and complex prescriptions. We will guide you through the latest lens technologies to optimise your vision and ensure your spectacles are as clear and comfortable as possible.
